Volunteers

Volunteers should list themselves below. (If you haven't used a wiki before, just hit the "Edit This Page" button up top and then add your name into the list.) Volunteers who are not registered for NECC can get a badge to enter the Conference, but will only have access to our area and our presentations. If you are not registered for NECC, please indicate in the list below. This is our only list from which badges will be made. Please also put down the area where you plan to help out--either in one of the playground booths (be specific), the lab, the email garden, or the information table.

When you arrive at NECC, do not go to the NECC Volunteer booth. You are not a normal NECC volunteer. :) You will pick up your badge at the Conference Info booth in the registration hall. Take pity on the NECC volunteer organizers, as they will not know what to do with you if you try to check in with them.

Student volunteers will be given lunch each day. Students under the age of 16 can participate but must be accompanied by an adult and fill out a special form. Contact steve@hargadon for more information.
